QS Manager

Company and Job Overview
Foreign real estate company is looking for QS Manager to join their dynamic team in Binh Duong city. 

Job Responsibilities

• Check the quantity, unit rate, Manage and update cost database.

• Verify bill of quantity (BOQ) and measurement based on tender drawing& specification.

• Manage project schedules, tender schedule.

• Manage cost, budget, and scope of work for the project.

• Prepare tender document of consultant package, contractor package.

• Prepare tender reports, making recommendations on the award of the contract.

• Oversee contract administration, managing claims & certification, and monitoring payment of contractor.

• Perform other related tasks assigned by Project Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering.

• At least 7 years of experience in QS role or relevant role. 

• Experience in Construction for Residential, High-rise building, and Commercial projects.

• Strong QS knowledge and experience working with foreign companies. 

• Fluent in English, majoring in Construction.
