Job description
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team and managers to understand project specifics.
Analyze and select the necessary scope of work for QA processes.
Plan and execute software lifecycle testing.
Conduct thorough testing at different development stages and evaluate results.
Create detailed test plans, and test cases, and ensure thorough documentation.
Identify, document, and track bugs, as well as perform regression testing.
Develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
Liaise with internal teams, such as developers and product managers, to meet system requirements.
Oversee the QA process and modify testing procedures as necessary.
Provide recommendations to improve product quality and ensure successful deployment.

Your skills and experience
Must-have

Nice to have

Japanese language proficiency is not mandatory but would be highly advantageous.
A degree in a relevant field may be preferred.
Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.

Working environment

Start-up company in Vietnam, but in Japan we have more than 1,000 members.
Modern technology
English-speaking environment with Managers
Working hours: Monday to Friday, flexible start between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, and finish between 5:00 and 6:00 PM.
Working style: In the early stages of establishment, we work at the office together for smooth communication, to understand more about the members' capabilities, and to improve the level of mutual trust. After ensuring the criteria, we can completely set up remote or hybrid remote working mode in the near future.
