Process Engineer

• Execute detailed design tasks, including planning piping routes, designing skids, and equipment design, based on the company’s foundational plans and designs.
• Understanding of specification sheets, P&IDs, layouts, related process documents, structural drawings, and piping design documents.
• Function as a process designer, providing support for mechanical design, managing P3D, and advancing modern engineering practices.
• Develop P&IDs using Plant3D and engineering data under the guidance of senior staff and prepare RFQs.
• Conduct equipment selection calculations, design strength calculations, create design specifications, line codes and specs, and perform piping pressure loss calculations.
• Generate layouts under senior supervision.
• Provide guidance for outsourcing tasks.
• Create technical documents and propose suggestions for standardization and efficiency improvements.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, Environmental, Biological Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 2 years of EPC project experience in Process, T&C roles, especially in water treatment.
• Familiar with material standards for structural design, storage tanks, vessels, and piping (JIS or equivalent).
• Proficient in piping and isometric drawings; experience with JIS and PVC piping is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in hydraulic calculations, valve and pump selection, and creating process documents and drawings.
• Experience with fluid analysis simulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and process software tools like AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Plant 3D P&ID, AVEVA P&ID, or Cadworks Plant.
