JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the KPI goals set for the department.
• Provide production processes and work instructions in the printing department.
• Training on production techniques and working procedures for the printing department.
• Manage compliance with working procedures of members in the printing department.
• Provide printing technical support and resolve problems that arise during the production process.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the production process.
• Provide cost saving solutions
• Implement kaizen to improve production processes.
• Confer with other departments to receive information, provide production solutions, and resolve production problems.
• Implement research and improvement projects in production.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: University Graduate, Major: Printing technology, production management.
• Experience: 5 -7 years of working experience in the same position
• Experience in management
• English: Good in communication skill
• Proven ability to implement and carry out improvement initiatives
• Good teamworking skills, Managerial skills, Time management ability
• Interpersonal skills, Verbal and written communication skills
• Logical reasoning, Numerical skills.
