OPERATION EXECUTIVE
Location: Ba Dinh, Hanoi
Job Description:
- Responsible for inbound tour operations in Japan.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales team, tour guides, and suppliers in Japan.
- Receive information from all parties, handle claims, and respond to customer feedback.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Proficient in Japanese with all 4 skills (N2 level or higher) as direct communication with Japanese suppliers is required.
- Experience in tourism or coordination is preferred.
- Additional proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, able to multitask, passionate, with a fondness for Japanese culture.
- Candidates who can start early are preferred.
