COMPANY OVERVIEW 
JAC's client is looking for Consultant to be responsible for Finance and Marketing roles of dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides professional-level customer service, handles client requests, and delivers financial product demonstrations, marketing research, and consulting services.
• Schedules meetings through outgoing calls, shares financial knowledge, and analyzes financial statements to identify issues.
• Manages time efficiently, prepares presentations, and collaborates on marketing strategies with management.
• Supports business development, addresses client queries, meets sales goals, and ensures client satisfaction.
• Travels as needed, creates reports, and monitors real estate asset management.
• Conducts research on industry trends, builds strong client relationships, and resolves complaints.
• Translates documents, manages schedules, assists with administrative tasks, and handles basic accounting and budgeting.
• Performs financial analysis, creates models, evaluates risks and returns, and monitors investment progress.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in cash flow modeling.
• Finance major with strong knowledge on Vietnamese accounting rules
• Familiarity with real estate and other investment sectors.
• English proficiency at a business level.
