Job Responsibilities
- Manage, and control data of shipments and S&A expenditure.
- Verify and issue, recognize revenue of shipments.
- Receive, verify, and classify input invoices.
- Prepare monthly reports for BOD and quarterly reports for the Heach quarter.
- Register and comply with PIT and SHUI obligations with Authorities.
- Calculate payroll monthly and submit it to the General Director for approval and release to employees’ beneficiary accounts.
- Minimum 3 years in a Chief Accountant position, with comprehensive experience in full sets of accounting (AR, AP, GL, tax, monthly/yearly closing).
- Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is a plus.
- Chief Accountant certification is required; additional degrees in finance, or related fields are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and experience in handling tax declarations and liaising with the tax authority.
- Experience in payroll processing, PIT declaration, social insurance calculation, and submission.
