JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Obtain new logistics-related businesses/ customers.
- Obtain new logistics segments of our existing customers.
- Prepare and control quotation issuances.
- Profit/ Loss Control of the customers in charge.
- Account management for customers in charge.
- Collect sales credit & overdue receivables from customers in charge.
- Support middle offices to handle shipments of the customers in charge smoothly and without any claims/ complaints by the customers.
- Ensure the account is handed over smoothly to the operations team.
- Build and perform sales plan in accordance with sales target.
- Prepare related reports about sales activities and sales targets periodically and per requests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College or University degree: Business Administration or any major.
- Ability to effectively communicate, maintain relationships, and negotiate with customers
- Know about Logistics: Freight forwarding, warehousing, customs
- Have 3-5 years of experience as an international freight forwarder.
- Fluent business English skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong independent problem-solving capabilities.
- Customer-oriented team player
