JAC’s client is looking for an Accounting Service Manager position. This role is responsible for all areas relating to providing accounting, and tax services to clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make sure monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings are done on time.
- Send monthly financial statements to clients promptly.
- Help create and implement new procedures to improve workflow.
- Train new and current staff as needed.
- Handle staff issues like conflicts, absenteeism, and performance problems.
- Work with team members to set yearly goals and track their progress.
- Assist the Managing Director with special projects and improving workflows.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting and tax.
- Proficient in English.
- Experience in international accounting and tax services.
- Preferably certified (CPA, CPTA, APC).
- Able to work well under pressure.
