Our Client is a leading Japanese manufacturer that produces and sells soluble coffee, for over 50 years, they have been producing and exporting soluble coffee from Brazil to the world.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise operation of biomass boiler system, water chiller system, air chiller system (AHU), air compressor system, water treatment system, wastewater treatment system, NG system, LCO2 system, LN2 system, caustic system, support corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment, carry out improving machinery to increase availability for production and reduce maintenance and operation costs.
Analyze and track utilities processes, analyzing monthly energy consumption and operation cost, optimizing equipment and process performance.
Provides technical assistance related to operation expertise.
Manages goals and results, seeking continuous process improvement.
Develop and provide technical training, focused on quality.
Manage Human Resources (lead teams, training and develop operators, working plan, vacations, day-off, hiring, maintain discipline and order in sectors)
Distribute tasks to utility technician, operators.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desired university degree in engineering (Electrical, Automation, Electromechanical, Refrigeration…etc).
Knowledge of involved areas /utilities process / equipment / quality tools, statistic methods (SPC).
Knowledge of electrical, automation or refrigeration, equipment maintenance.
Language Skills (English intermediate level)
At least 5 years relevant experience in utilities process, management.
Ability with Windows tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Safety and firefighting training
Synthesis and problem-solving skills
Math and computer knowledge are needed to operate utilities systems.
Read technical drawings, machines manuals, and other materials.
Strong communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical/critical thinking
Strong accountability, consistency, and follow-through skills
Ability to work effectively with a wide array of plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to senior management.
