Job Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and develop potential customers, build relationships, fostering new
connections, expanding the sales network to expand the customer base and create business
opportunities, and identifying business opportunities for growthConsult and present product solutions that align with customer needs via meetings, emails, or
phone callsManage the sales pipeline, track potential leads, and guide them through the conversion process
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction to create trust and provide exceptional customer experiences, exploring further collaboration
Provide professional support and solutions to customer inquiries as a product expert
Prepare and submit sales reports, sharing insights with the team to enhance sales strategies
Job Requirements
Customer-first mindset with strong eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to sales
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
JLPT N2 or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication, teamwork, and
emotional intelligenceAbility to build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service
Analytical thinking, negotiation, and time management skills.
Self-disciplined, independent, and highly responsible in managing tasks and priorities
Experience in technical sales is an advantage
