RESPONSIBILITIES
Consulting clients on the recruitment process and responding quickly to their needs
Managing and negotiating the offer process between clients and candidates
Networking across industry of expertise to build solid market knowledge
Developing new business relationships with multinational clients
Supervise to conduct effective behavioral interviews, negotiate offers and client-candidate m
REQUIREMENTS
Passion about contact with people, expanding the network and building relationships
Having experience working in Recruitment Agency/ Headhunting is plus mark
Fluently communicate in English or Japanese for 4 skills
