JAC's client is looking for an experienced Real Estate Investment Manager to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing office building project business operations
Overseeing project financial conditions
Administering company operations, including the project company, leasing team, and operations team
Acquiring and developing new projects. Evaluating investment aspects such as project development structure, cash flow, and contract terms
Negotiating and preparing contracts with partners
Managing legal procedures related to projects
JOB REQUIREMENTS
University graduation with a bachelor’s degree.
At least 5 years of work experience in real estate business.
Knowledge in accounting or finance.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English.
