Production Operator (Food factory - Dry and Evap)

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our Client is a leading Japanese manufacturer that produces and sells soluble coffee, for over 50 years, they have been producing and exporting soluble coffee from Brazil to the world.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Production Operator will be responsible for overseeing, operating, monitoring and executing the drying and evaporation stages of coffee production.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and cleaning of production machinery according to company procedures.
• Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical, Automation; Technical training or certification in food processing or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Production Operator in a food manufacturing environment, with specific experience in drying and evaporation processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to following safety and quality standards.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Language Skills: good at English.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office.
