COMPANY OVERVIEW
A Japanese company expanding its sales operations in Vietnam.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues through regular reporting.
- Proactively involve the Engineering and Corporate departments in sales proposals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies independently.
- Maintain a career background of at least 3 years in sales, preferably with experience in Financial Institutions, IT Vendors (e.g., FPT, CMC), or Japanese companies.
- Possess a strong understanding of the IT field.
- Utilize sales channels, especially connections with financial institutions or IT vendors.
- Handle tasks such as making proposals, setting appointments, negotiating, and closing contracts.
- Act as a bridge between Vietnamese companies, the company, and other stakeholders.
- Interpret between Vietnamese and Japanese as needed.
- Translate documents between Japanese, Vietnamese, and English.
- Study company solutions and current IT trends, proposing relevant strategies to target companies.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare and support proposals for potential clients.
- Oversee tasks related to contracts and their execution.
- Carry out sales activities independently, with minimal support from Japanese staff in the future.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams, collaborating effectively.
- Be open to business trips domestically and internationally.
- Occasionally manage procurement operations between the company and other entities.
- Possess a strong understanding of the IT field.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Age between 25 and 35 years old.
- Proficient in English (listening, speaking, writing).
- Japanese language skills are a plus (N2 level is preferred).
- Previous experience in sales roles, particularly within the IT or financial industries.
- Ability to travel for business, both domestically and internationally.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
BENEFITS
Competitive salary: USD 800-1,500 (gross), depending on experience and skills.
Salary range based on age and skills (e.g., 800 USD for 28 years old, 1,500 USD for 35 years old).
