A foreign bank in Hanoi, Vietnam are looking for IT Project Manager 

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned IT projects to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and scope. 

• Develop, maintain, and revise project proposals, including objectives, technologies, systems specifications, timelines, budgets, and staffing plans. 

• Set and monitor project milestones; address and manage unforeseen delays, adjusting schedules and expectations as necessary. 

• Create and implement project communication plans, delivering regular status updates to team members and key stakeholders. 

• Gather, analyze, and summarize data and trends to prepare comprehensive project status reports. 

• Perform additional related duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree in computer science or equivalent.

• Knowledge: Strong grasp of project management principles and IT practices.

• Experience: 8+ years in IT, 3+ years in a PM role, cross-industry experience preferred.

• Motivation: Capable of inspiring and motivating teams to meet deadlines.

• Tools: Proficient in ITSM, DevOps, Jira, etc.

• Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.

• Industry Experience: Banking and finance sector experience is a plus.

• Technical Background: Solid background in software engineering with strong analytical skills.

• Certifications: PMP/CAPM/PfMP preferred.
