JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee general office administration and HR tasks
• Communicate with outsourcing companies
• Support payroll, attendance, and recruitment processes
• Manage HR documents, internal regulations, and workflows
• Handle data entry, file management, and office communications (phone, email, visitors)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1 years of experience in office management, HR, or admin roles
• Proficiency in MS Office and general PC skills
• Business-level communication skills in Vietnamese and English
• Candidates who can start immediately will be preferred
BENEFITS
Salary: 10M–13M VND (13th-month salary included)
