- Directly communicate with Japanese clients via email, chat tools, and meetings to meet requirements.
- Analysis requirements & creation/review of design documents (Basic Design, Detail Design)
- Review source code, test case, test script
- Deploy & manage server configuration
- Lead small team (estimate, assign tasks, progress tracking, review output to assure quality, report)
- Manage project timeline, report to clients on a regular basis, and manage project performance.

- More than 3 years of experience in software development as a BrSE role
- Review code & debug skill
- Experience in creating design documents (screen/API/batch design, database)
- Experience in testing (manual or automatic)
- Good programming fundamental, critical, and logical thinking skills
- Japanese: good at conversation & writing (JLPT N2 or above)
- Commitment to excellence and self-improvement
- Proactive in learning

- Good knowledge of JavaScript Framework such as Vue, Angular, React
- Good knowledge and experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript
- AWS configuration.
- Have management skills.
