Assistant Manager of IT Development
 
Job Requirements 
  • Able to lead in terms of technology and conceptualization, propose design and architectural evolution along With operational model 
  • Contribute to developing high-quality, fully tested source code complying with deadlines, schedules, and coding standards. 
  • Job Descriptions 
  • Liaise With BA for clarification and understanding of requirements. 
  • Provide deployment and change management of the solution and} or platform. 
  • Develop test strategy in coordination with PM/ BA 
  • Provide technical assistance during UAT 
  • Support application in production, analyze and resolve issues as they arise as well as propose optimization in the future. 
  • Monitor the results and quality of the various software solutions/ projects implementation in the organization 
  • Other duties assigned by the Department's Head 
 
 Job Requirements
  • Male, at least 10 years experience, good command of English 
  • University Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent 
  • Strong knowledge of Database: MSSQL Server, Oracle 
  • Having at least 8 years In software development, familiar with programming languages, especially in C#, .Net Framework, .NET core. 
  • Strong knowledge of various design patterns 
  • Good knowledge of algorithms and data structures, strong fundamentals in complexity analysis. 
  • Strong ability to analyze code, understand execution flow and debug even without access to a debugger _ 
  • Ability to use version control software 
  • Having experience in enterprise applications, banking and finance is preferred 
  • Ability to work on multiple different projects at the same time 
  • Ability to supervise and training subordinates 
  • Commercial and business awareness 
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of technological developments in the industry 
  • Teamwork
