JAC’s client is a foreign advertising agency looking for is looking for an Art Director/ Senior position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities
Taking brief for big scale and small-scale projects such as IMC, ATL, or branding, other art and design jobs needed.
Work on the campaign from the outset, managing details about the client, product, target audience and required advertising message
Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitor creative ideas to propose new and distinctive creative approaches for advertising project needed
Work closely with the copywriter to generate concept development, idea execution, campaign deployment to fulfill the client's brief.
Create any creative approach for advertising projects needed.
Establish art direction for each project need art direction, visual style, also art direction for production.
Develop presentation deck approaches, and good presentation to client
Supervise, coach, design team with matchable technique
Produce sketches or 'storyboards' (television), or 'roughs' or 'scamps' (print) to communicate ideas to the client
Internal, report, share ideas with the creative director and account managers before presenting ideas to clients
Pitch ideas to clients
Brief other members of the creative team, photographers, producers, artists, filmmakers, post house to work on projects.
Obtain team approval of final layouts, storyboards, encourage members to provide feedback.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline.
4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, art director with 2+ years in a management role.
Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
Exceptional ability in typography, layout, and prototyping.
Highly skilled in leading a team of creatives.
Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives.
Experience as an art director.
Experience in web development.
Solid knowledge of photography and video production.
