JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics and a proven track record in sales. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, providing technical support, and driving sales of our passive components business.

  • Technical Sales Support: Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them understand the features and benefits of our products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the capabilities and advantages of our products.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to customers, negotiating terms and closing sales.
  • Training: Provide training and support to customers and internal sales teams on product applications and technical specifications.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of passive electronic components.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and local language
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
