Senior Consultant/ Consultant (M&A)

COMPANY OVERVIEW 

JAC's client is looking for Senior Consultant (M&A) to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Research market trends and analyze industry landscapes to pinpoint potential target companies and opportunities for expansion.
• Assess the viability and potential returns of investment opportunities.
• Foster connections through networking to discover relevant deals and partnerships.
• Manage and oversee transactions across global regions to achieve business goals.
• Perform thorough due diligence on target companies utilizing both internal and external resources, including corporate valuation assessments.
• Assist and engage in diverse ad hoc assignments or projects as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• University Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Equivalent
• From 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in M&A environment.
• Experience in reviewing analysts work models and valuations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in multi-tasked, demanding environment.
• Fluent in English.
