Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with clients on-site, actively listen to their feedback, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions to address their challenges. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong technical understanding of our machinery products, and a proactive approach to building long-lasting client relationships.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Visit client sites regularly to engage with key stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
  2. Actively listen to client feedback, concerns, and requirements regarding our machinery products and services.
  3. Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and challenges, utilizing a deep understanding of our product offerings and industry trends.
  4. Collaborate with internal technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  5. Present proposed solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner, addressing their specific pain points and illustrating the value of our offerings.
  6. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with proposed solutions and address any additional concerns or requests.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and proposed solutions using CRM software.
  8. Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and enhance client engagement strategies.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment within the machinery or manufacturing industry.
  3. Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex machinery products and their applications.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of an organization.
  5. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to develop innovative solutions.
  6. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  7. Willingness to travel frequently to client sites as needed.
