IT Audit Supervisor

COMPANY OVERVIEW
JAC's client, a foreign financial service provider is looking for an IT Internal Audit Supervisor in HCM City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assist in the development of internal audit policies, procedures, and processes, and submit them to the Department Head, Supervisory Committee (SC), and Board of Directors (BOD) for review and approval.
• Help in creating the annual or unexpected internal audit plan and present it to the Department Head, SC, and BOD for their review and approval.
• Carry out internal audit activities in accordance with the approved plan and the approved policies, procedures, and processes of internal audit.
• Plan, execute, and complete audit fieldwork as per the established schedule for IT audit engagements.
• Perform internal audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of information technology and information security.
• Ensure the quality of audit reports.
• Propose measures to rectify and overcome deficiencies; suggest solutions for violations; recommend actions to complete and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control system.
• Evaluate the alignment of remediation activities with internal audit findings and follow up on them until these findings are satisfactorily resolved.
• Develop an automated tool to improve the efficiency of Internal audit activities.
• Provide advice to management on control issues (upon request).
• Conduct ad-hoc audit sessions and provide consultation upon request (if any) from the SC, BOD, CEO.
• Prepare assigned internal audit reports; promptly inform and submit the results of internal audit activities to the Department Head, SC, BOD.
• Assist and participate in the recruitment and training of internal audit personnel (upon request).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

• Must possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree (or higher) in the field of information technology or other relevant disciplines.
• At least two years of professional experience in the information technology sector.
• Expertise in Banking, Finance operations, and IT audit.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Data analysis, Data governance, SQL, and Power BI.
• Capacity to work effectively under intense pressure.
• Possess skills in teamwork and negotiation.
