FP&A Consultant/Senior Consultant

COMPANY OVERVIEW 

JAC's client is looking for FP&A Consultant/Senior Consultant to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh city.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and manage complex financial models to support decision-making on M&A, strategic initiatives, capital investments, and opportunities for expansion.
• Be responsible for financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for acquired companies.
• Conduct variance analysis to improve the business performance of acquired companies.
• Deliver analytical support for mergers, acquisitions, and additional business initiatives to ensure informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather financial data and insights, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reliable forecasting.
• Regularly monitor industry trends, economic circumstances, and competitive surroundings to analyze their potential implications for the company's financial performance.
• Improve financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions.
• Other tasks associated with M&A, strategic investment, as well as FP&A.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• University Degree in Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Equivalent
• From 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting.
• Experience of developing financial reports and metrics, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solving, facilitation, planning and organizing skills.
• Fluent in English.
